Hello, and welcome! I am a Bilingual LCSW, and a Catholic Mental Health Therapist. I’ve had the privilege to walk alongside many clients for some years now! I am here to help! Using a combination of IFS, EMDR, Somatic work, and Faith-based practices, I’ve seen transformation happen.

A 60 minute comprehensive session. We’ll dive into your history, set treatment goals, and cover necessary logistics. We’ll end by equipping you with immediate tools to use right away.

Session
A 53 minute session. We will build on our treatment plan and navigate the most important topics together.
$200/53min
EMDR Intensives
These sessions are tailored to your specific trauma
$250/90min
Sliding Scale
Available for those experiencing financial hardship. Limited spaces; waitlist available when full.
